Low Flow

In our Low Flow category performers are aiming to put on a show stopping performance. While we welcome sensual or sexy styles of dance in this category, this is not a requirement and performers are welcome to perform in whatever style suits them.

We are looking for performances that highlight execution and performance, over tricks.
